Welcome to Project Untitled ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our marketplace platform that connects independent makers with customers. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Role

Project Untitled operates as a marketplace facilitator. We provide the technology platform that enables independent sellers ("Makers") to list and sell their products to customers.

Important: We do not manufacture, certify, guarantee, or fulfill any products listed on the Platform. All products are created, listed, and fulfilled by independent Makers who are solely responsible for their products.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Maker Responsibilities

If you register as a Maker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete product descriptions
• Be solely responsible for product quality, materials, and safety
• Handle all customer service and fulfillment
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate liability insurance where required

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you understand that you are purchasing directly from independent Makers, not from Project Untitled. Any disputes regarding products should be directed to the applicable Maker.

6. Limitation of Liability

Project Untitled is not liable for any products sold on the Platform, including but not limited to product defects, inaccurate descriptions, or non-delivery. Our liability is limited to the fees we charge for use of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Project Untitled and are protected by intellectual property laws.
